My Story Lisbon
The capital of Portugal has five My Story hotels in downtown Lisbon.
Here is where you will find some of the city’s main places of interest that are worth a visit.
Take a look at our suggestions:

My Story Hotels,
Breathe the city’s history through its walls:
The Downtown, better known as the Pombaline Downtown was severely destroyed by the earthquake of November 1, 1755 and shortly after was rebuilt in a rational way thanks to the impulse of the Marquis of Pombal.
Even today we can still appreciate the alignment of the streets that contrast with the disorderly medieval Lisbon that resisted that event, and have the privilege of staying in one of the My Story hotels that are located in the renovated elegant buildings originally built with the pombaline cage (anti-seismic construction system), an innovative 18th century engineering technique.
Don’t miss the opportunity to stroll through its elegant and bustling streets with all the stores and curiosities that are revealed around every corner.

Augusta Street Arch
Triumphal monumental arch located at the end of Augusta Street, built in the eighteenth century after the tragic earthquake. We recommend climbing to the outdoor balcony at the top of the arch and enjoying the impressive views over the Tagus River and all the hustle and bustle of downtown Pombalina.

Rossio Station
This railway station that connects Lisbon to Sintra has a magnificent neo-manueline style façade built in the early 20th century. It is an interesting point of passage for Lisboners who daily go to the city center to work, but it also invites all visitors to appreciate the beauty of its facade.

St. George’s Castle
Guardian of the city, this castle of medieval origin is related to the conquest of Lisbon in the 12th century by the first King of Portugal. Its walls are testimony to the bravery of the people, and its viewpoints are the privileged place to enjoy all the beauty of the city and contemplate the sunset at the end of a day full of stories.
We are sure that you will not want to miss the opportunity to feel the vibrancy of the city and add new stories to the history of Lisbon.

Perfect in location, service and comfort in Lisbon
I was impressed with this hotel. Excellent location in one of the best points of Lisbon with ease to do many things on foot around the city. Very clean, cozy hotel, room with good space, great bath and bedding with bathrobe and slipper. Super attentive staff, excellent breakfast and great place to eat at night or at lunch, with very good draft beer.
Simply FANTASTIC
A fantastic welcome, new apartment, very clean and with a pleasant smell, very cozy and comfortable, a balcony with full view of Rua Santa Catarina located in the center of Porto, I will return for sure.
A surprise in the center of Ponta Delgada
A 3 star hotel, but with a 5 star service.
Very professional and friendly staff. Help with the bags to the room and then to the transport. Clean room, with a good view over the city. Good breakfast with a good variety of regional products. Even gluten free bread and rice milk.
To come back and return
